Gifts
We shall speak of gifts of the Spirit, how to get them and how you can learn to flow in them. God wants us to get started with the gifts of the Spirit. It is a dying and wounded world that cries out for the gospel. Are we going to be effective tools in the Lord's service, we have gifts of the Spirit!
One sheep of the Spirit word of wisdom, the second word of knowledge by the same Spirit. One may believe the same Spirit, the gifts may cure disease by the same Spirit, another to perform miracles. One may be the gift of prophesy, another distinguishing between spirits. A gift may speak different kinds of tongues, another to interpret tongues.
The gifts are in you
The Holy Spirit has all the gifts. Have you received the Holy Spirit as he lives in you. He is in you. And there he is in you, so also all the gifts in you, because the Spirit lives / in you. He has not left the gifts off when he moved in with you, but he took with him.
Since the gifts - all gifts are in you so you can start using them. Maybe you say that you do not have them. It is you, because the Spirit is in you. Then you might wonder why you do not work in them? Perhaps it is because you have not started using them!
